A complete course on Pranayama
Pranayama is the yogic method of breathing consciously and with awareness. Pranayama works wonders in improving the overall health and the function of all the vital organs within the body. Pranayama assists in purifying the blood, reducing anxiety and stress levels, clearing negative emotions, repressing anger, preventing disease, removing toxins and strengthening the immune system. The practice of pranayama stimulates the vagus nerve slowing down the heart rate, lowering the blood pressure and calming the body and mind.
Managing Back & Knee Pain
Lower back pain and knee pain are one of the most common medical problems facing our sedentary lifestyle. In this hands-on workshop, learn how to provide a supportive practice for the treatment of acute or chronic lower back and keen pain. We will cover how to sequence asanas in order to release pain and strengthen and stabilise the area. Learn practical and simple yogic and mindfulness techniques to improve the way you stand, sit and move.
108 Surya Namaskar Class
Surya Namaskar improves blood circulation, strengthens the heart, tones the digestive tract, stimulates abdominal muscles, respiratory system, lymphatic system, spinal nerves and other internal organs. It tones the spine, neck, shoulder, arms, hands, wrist, back and leg muscles, thereby promoting overall flexibility.
Advanced Asana Workshop
The Advanced Asana workshop cultivates and deepens an attitude of awareness in your own practice. One goes through the practice with a (i) heightened awareness of the actual physical movement, (ii) with conscious and integrated breathing and (iii) being in the asana.
